Staying Chill



January is definitely one of the most stressful months of the year, so I figured it was about time I shared some of my favourite ways to stay chill this year. Let me know how you keep it Zen in the comments below;



1. Hot Chocolate


There is literally nothing better in this world than a hot chocolate on a cold rainy day, the more marshmallows the better, am I right?





2. Cute Dates


Preferably with Hot Chocolate and Marshmallows and my boyfriend, Eoin. It's so hard to find time to just relax during school, especially in Sixth Year, when the whole world just seems to revolve around studying. I cannot wait to get some proper chill time this Summer, because there are so many people I need to catch up with!





3. Family


This is, and always will be a love/hate situation. Some days all you'll need is the people you love, other days all you'll need is to be far from them, but either way they're always there - and I'm not gonna lie, that's pretty great





4. Reading


Everyday I spend so much time either studying or blogging, so I feel like reading is the perfect way for me to escape pretty much anything and everything that's stressing me out.





5. Exercise


We all hate doing it 90% of the time, but it's really the only thing that really 100% lifts my mood. Sometimes happiness really does take a whole lot of blood, sweat and tears
