Be-You-tiful!

This aaaall new post is a little different to the rest! Today I'm going to be blabbering on about confidence, colours and all things crazy!!

From my very many wanders, I think it's really obvious that a lot of us aren't always as confident as we could be! Trust me, you have to love yourself before you can expect anyone else to love you. Yes, that sounds easy, but to be brutally honest it's definitely not. I even have problems with confidence a lot of the time, but hey it's normal, but to make it easier here's a few tips:

1. Posture! Standing up straight is always super important. I think we all end up slouching a lot of the time but just make sure you're aware of your posture - if you stand up straight you will automatically look 10 times more confident, even if you don't feel it.

2. Smile! "You're never fully dressed without a smile," the wisest words of all time! You look much more approachable if you smile! And hey, if you smile at someone you always make them smile so it's smiles all around!

3. Volume! It's really important to speak clearly. That doesn't mean you're going to scream at someone who's right next to you, but be assertive.

4. Hygiene! If you smell like a flower garden you'll feel better about yourself and you're automatically more approachable.

5. Believe in yourself! Whatever you like to wear, wear it with pride, believe that you are beautiful because you are. People might not like how you dress, but the only thing that really matters is that you do. Even if you're wearing one of those watermelon jumpers, I promise I won't laugh!
